Best Dressed Child 1955

At age three, Denton Higdon of North Carolina won the "Best Dressed Child" award at the Centennial Celebration in Franklin, North Carolina, in 1955. He was wearing a derby hat, button up boots, and a ruffled shirt with a pussycat bow tie.
