Barbara Tedford, from West Virginia, volunteered at the 2007 HFA meeting to serve as the Newsletter Editor. She is also our current 1st Vice President. Barbara is the daughter of Jessie Higdon Wilkie. She is a direct descendant of Joseph Huffman Higdon and Margaret Matilda Berry Higdon.
